Robert Frost Elementary welcomes new food service workers Brianna Everett and Linda Lamb. The pair has been busy serving up healthy food options to students including sandwiches, salads and hot meals like turkey and mashed potatoes.
“Brianna and Linda have been champs. You can see how much they love talking to the kids,” said Robert Frost Principal Leslie Roache.
“It’s fun to see the kids every day and I enjoy asking how they like the food and I encourage them to give us suggestions about what they like to eat. Many of them come back after lunch to tell me they ate everything on their plate” Lamb said.
“The kids do a really good job making healthy food choices,” said Food Services Director Suanne Earle.
Third grader Anthony Martinez, agreed. “They’re good!” he said after being spotted filling his plate with lots of broccoli and carrots.
